What to know when attending a Flu vaccination centre:

In all cases you should attend appointments alone unless you require the assistance of a carer. A carer may attend the appointment for support and both you and they should wear a face covering.

Follow the COVID-19 safety measures in place in each venue. This will include queue management, direction signs on floors and walls, and spacing of chairs.

We ask you to respect the privacy of all vaccination staff and those attending appointments – please do not take photos or videos inside the vaccination centres.

Your vaccinator will provide you with aftercare advice. Please follow this carefully.

Language Line is available at all vaccination appointments. This is a telephone-based interpretation service which gives staff access to expert interpreters, on the telephone, in 60-90 seconds, for over 170 different languages.

Also available:

  • Portable hearing loops
  • A quiet space/room
  • All sites are wheelchair accessible
  • All sites have access to language line
